Request: subscription cancellation

Currently, I’m struggling to cancel regular monthly payment for invalid subscription.
There might be a discrepancy of emails between user account and payment. Finally, the account wasn’t activated with that payment and I have been suspending the payment by raising objections to my credit card company, which is really annoying.
Since last December, I sent several emails to the support email address, but there haven’t been any answer from it.

If the developer read this message, please check my emails and kindly stop the transaction for monthly payment.
